How long does production and delivery take?
Production time depends on the product and the quantity of items ordered. The estimated delivery time is stated on each product page, and once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information for your package.
Do you ship products internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs and available delivery options are displayed at checkout.
How should I care for the products?
For everyday care, simply wipe the products with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth. We do not recommend using harsh cleaning products. The products are not resistant to water or heat. Keep them out of direct sunlight and do not place them in the dishwasher.
What are SPONA products made of?
We believe quality begins with choosing the right materials. That’s why we make our products from PLA, a modern material derived from renewable plant-based sources such as corn starch. This material enables precise production, durability, and the freedom to create unique forms, while supporting a more responsible approach to manufacturing.
Why are lines or layers visible on the products?
The visible layers are a natural characteristic of the 3D printing process and are part of our products’ design identity. Rather than hiding them, we embrace them as a detail that gives each piece its authentic character and distinctive texture.
Are the products suitable for outdoor use?
Most of our products are designed for indoor use. For specific products that are suitable for outdoor use, this will be clearly stated in the product description.
Can I order a product in a different color or size?
For some products, we offer additional colors, sizes, and customization options. If you have any specific requirements, please contact us and we will do our best to find the best solution for you.
Do you offer personalization?
Yes. As part of SPONA Design Studio, we create personalized products, limited editions, and bespoke projects for individuals and companies.
Do you work with hotels, restaurants, architects, and brands?
Yes. Through our design studio, we develop bespoke products and collections for hotels, restaurants, florists, interior designers, architectural studios, and brands looking for unique solutions for their spaces or clients.
Can I return a product?
As most SPONA products are made to order, and some products may be personalized or customized to meet specific customer requirements, returns and exchanges are not possible once production has been completed.
Are all products identical?
Not entirely. Each product is made individually, so slight variations may occur, making every piece unique. These subtle variations are part of the product’s character and authenticity.
