These Terms and Conditions define the ordering and payment procedures for products offered through our online store.

The supplier (Seller) of the products is SPONA Studio, operated by PR Nashion.

The Buyer is any visitor of the online store who selects one or more products, adds them to the shopping cart, and completes the purchase by paying with a payment card or cash on delivery.

The website www.spona-studio.com enables customers to purchase all products available in the Seller's offer.

The owner of this website is PR Nashion, headquartered at Požeška 42a, Belgrade, Republic of Serbia (Registration Number: 65906716, Tax ID: 112146873).

Currency Conversion Statement

All prices displayed on the website include VAT where applicable.

All payments will be made in the local currency of the Republic of Serbia – Serbian Dinar (RSD).

For informational purposes, prices displayed in other currencies are calculated using the middle exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia.

The amount charged to your payment card will be expressed in your local currency through conversion according to the exchange rate used by the respective card organization. Since this exchange rate cannot be known at the time of the transaction, there may be a slight difference between the final charged amount and the price displayed on our website.

Prices displayed in the online store apply exclusively to purchases made through the website.

ORDERING

Products are ordered through our online store and are considered ordered after the successful completion of the checkout process.

If the Seller is unable to deliver all ordered products, the Buyer will be notified by e-mail or telephone. Available products will be delivered, while the Buyer will be informed about the expected delivery date of the remaining products or offered an alternative solution.

PAYMENT

All payments will be made in the local currency of the Republic of Serbia – Serbian Dinar (RSD).

For informational display of prices in other currencies, the middle exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia is used.

The amount charged to your payment card will be converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate applied by the respective payment card organization.

As a result of this conversion, there may be a slight difference between the displayed price and the amount charged.

Cash on Delivery

Products may be paid for in cash upon delivery.

Payment Cards

Ordered products, together with shipping costs (where applicable), may be paid for by payment card.

When entering payment card details, confidential information is transmitted over a public network in encrypted form using SSL protocol and PKI technology, representing the highest current standard of secure data transmission.

Payment security for Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Dina and American Express cards is provided by CorvusPay. The entire payment process is performed through secure CorvusPay payment pages. At no point are your payment card details accessible to our system.

All product prices displayed on the website are clearly stated. Shipping costs are displayed before completing the purchase and may vary depending on the delivery location and the total order value.

SHIPPING
Delivery within Serbia

SPONA Studio products are delivered throughout the Republic of Serbia via D Express courier service within 3–10 business days after order confirmation.

In exceptional circumstances, slight delays may occur due to increased order volume, public holidays, force majeure, or courier service delays.

Our goal is to carefully produce, package and deliver every product as quickly as possible.

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout and clearly displayed before order confirmation.

Customers will receive shipment tracking information once the parcel has been dispatched, where available.

International Shipping

SPONA Studio ships internationally.

International orders are delivered via DHL Express.

Estimated delivery time is 5–30 business days, depending on the destination country and customs clearance procedures.

Customers will receive shipment tracking information after dispatch.

The customer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes or additional import charges that may arise in the destination country.

SPONA Studio is not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures or other governmental authorities.

Complaints Policy

If a delivered product does not conform to the contract, the consumer who has informed the Seller of the non-conformity has the right to request that the Seller remedy the defect free of charge through repair or replacement, request an appropriate price reduction, or terminate the contract regarding that product.

The consumer has the right to choose between repair and replacement.

If repair or replacement is not possible, the consumer may request an appropriate price reduction or terminate the contract under the conditions prescribed by the Consumer Protection Act of the Republic of Serbia.

All costs necessary to bring the product into conformity, including labor, materials, collection and redelivery, shall be borne by the Seller.

Refund Policy

In the event of product return and refund to a customer who has paid by payment card, regardless of the reason for the return, SPONA Studio will process refunds exclusively through the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express or Dina card).

Refunds are processed by the acquiring bank upon the Seller's request and returned to the payment card used for the original purchase.

VAT Statement

SPONA Studio is not registered for VAT (Value Added Tax).
